14 day ban Toxic Behaviour

is it still possible to recieve any loots after 14 day ban because im currently playing on a friends acc wich he told whas 30 day banned long ago and he cant look any keys/cases after that so is that the same case for me with 14 day ban for being toxic?

Because i like the game but idk whats the fun in a game whan u finaly getting a s- or smthing and just dont get anything so if thats the case i rather quit and make a new account even tough i got skins on this 1
