Won game 1 as well as game 3 complaining is just fun for me and doesn't deserve 14-day ban or even a week long ban. Maybe a 1-3 day ban just to let me know they're watching >_> stalkers

It's not about you, it's about how you're a problem for everyone else. People don't like being insulted when they're trying to play. Trash talk is a two-way thing; if they aren't receiving it as friendly banter and reciprocating it, then you're simply insulting them and you need to cut it out.

Punishment is dealt in 4 steps;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

Most likely you already went through the chat restrictions, not caring about the temporary punishments. Your next punishment is going to be a permaban no matter what the offenses that trigger it are. It takes 3 months for your punishment tier to drop down one step, so you'd be wise to take this punishment to heart so it's not a problem when you come back. If you have trouble retaliating against other toxic players, just mute them and play your game, and report them if you feel the need to.

Unfortunately, you don't get to pick your punishments. The escalating consequences for bad behavior have already been set by Riot. So, you got the fourteen day ban. Your next one is permanent. Think about that one.

Saying you think complaining shouldn't be punishable is like someone else going "you know, all I did was stab the guy 14 times, it's not like he died. I don't think I should be punished, maybe community service at most to show that the cops are paying attention"
