is this really restriction worthy

so the back story here is i was duod with the talon mid and we were discussing the matchup between him and lb, i was thresh bot with jinx, she didnt heal after we lost a 2v2, which is why i said lmao u didnt heal, to which she decides to walk mid and intentionally feed for the rest of the game, because she said i was bad and didnt deserve to win, and that im incredibly toxic and that ive been harrasing her all game. in the game chat at the end of game the other team all said they would report her, as im in lobby for the next game me and talon get the pop up that a negative player has been punished by the tribunal, okay nice, jinxs gotten some sort of ban. but then when i get into game i see that i have also been punished, chat restricted, really. so i go and check my email and this is why im chat restricted 25 games, like really riot, is this really 25 game toxicity, i said one thing, which was even boarderline toxic, yes i have been chat restricted before, did i deserve it, yes, this time no. and especailly for 25 games, it seriously hinders communication with your teammates.
