Perma Ban code 2700 help.

Was permanently banned with code 2700. Emailed support, got nothing but copy-pasted replies. After few days, they said it was for toxicity, but i learned later on that this was not the case,as I had not been 3,7,or 14 day banned previously, and even if that was the case, there was no reform card attached to the email. The initial email was sitting in my spam folder,marked as a suspicious/phising scam email. Not only that, a perma ban for toxicity looks like this(courtesy of google)

Some people say its for 3rd party, and those i do use, but only for cosmetic purposes and give no tactical advantage. https://mapskins.com/frozen-rift/ I also use elophant for keeping track of all the skins i have purchased. and I also use recording software.

All in all, I just need some clarity, and not copy/pasted one liner/vaguereplies.

*What is perma ban code 2700 Is it actually for 3rd party addons like i have been hearing?Or is it actually for toxicity? I feel that sort of information should be public knowledge. Lastly , how do I talk to support about it? I have awful anxiety, and this took me way longer than it should have to type up. I feel that whenever i write a ticket i have to pull teeth to get relevant, and clear answers.

Edit: Two of my friends from out of state that i used to room with last month are also banned for the exact same thing.

I went through exactly that , very recently.

Send a support ticket and hope for the best... I've seen a few others relate this story as well; They got instant perma-bans with no reform card or chat logs, a suspicious email and a strange log-in message that is NOT consistent with regular perma-bans... so for me, I sent a support ticket and got the perma-ban reduced to 2 week suspension. I didn't even know what I did wrong until AFTER my punishment was reduced... it was horrifying.

Like you; I went from nothing (No chat restrictions or suspensions) to instant perma-ban. I was like "What in the actual fuck?" because.... I admit I'm a bit toxic but not toxic to the degree where I'd jump from zero to maximum punishment tier (Skipping all 4 tiers).

All in all, I just need some clarity, and not copy/pasted one liner/vague replies.

I was caught so off guard alongside complete radio-silence from Riot .... that I actually thought I had gotten hacked or something.

Edit: I checked, it's a toxicity ban. You're in the exact same boat as I was... I hope Riot will address your case, it is abhorrent that players are being treated in this way.

They did a ban wave recently for exploits, which I'd guess this was a part of simply due to timing but it could've been for chat offenses still. Manual bans do not receive a reform card because those are generated by the Instant Feedback System. If they say it was for chat offenses, respectfully request the chat logs in your ticket; extremely toxic behavior may result in skipping punishment tiers, especially when manually audited.

2700 is the code they use when banning for Scripting/third party programs.

TL:DR. You got caught cheating.

I was permabanned for using a third party program that changed my skin. The only program that I have seen Riot ban was MKjogo. I haven't had mkjogo for like 5 months. The only other program I had used was SkinPreview and I was never told and nobody still said that this program was bannable. I submitted many tickets which resulted in jackshit. I was told in a ticket that I wasn't banned for MKjogo and another one telling me that I was scripting. What gives? Why is Riot Support so unreliable?
