Sudden increase of intentionally feeding players via boosting websites?

I've literally encountered 3 intentionally feeding players this weekend! 2 of them are probably just 2 unknown lonely players that just feel the need to int when they have a frustrating the previous game. The this day, I've encountered someone who intentionally fed with this message <removed by moderation>. As you can see he literally said why he is doing it. It's an obvious self promotion of a website. I checked his op.gg <removed by moderation> and it seems like he's just a normal dude playing ranked. He probably got hacked or something, but who cares about who did it. Intentionally feeding or griefing is such a big problem in this game because there's no way to monitor someone doing it; the only way to raise awareness is through reports, which we should admit, it doesn't do shit except if someone just AFK'd or really toxic.

I've edited out your links, as the reporting or shaming of others on the boards is not allowed per the Universal Rules. Please use the post-game reporting so that Riot can track the behavior and punish them appropriately.

No offense meant, but would it not be a better time usage to spend a few minutes getting rid of the flood of AFK account leveling bots than spending it editing a post and commenting about why you did it that is pointing out that these things are happening?

I know naming and shaming is not allowed per the rules but you only have so much time to do things. There is literally hundreds of these account botters in LoL right this moment ruining everyone's games unbothered. Meanwhile someone posting about the epidemic is getting post moderated - however much it goes against the rules.

Just seems to me like it is a skewered priority of time management. I know you are simply an arbiter not a developer, but it seems to me if Riot can give you permissions to handle board disputes it should also be easy to give you permission to review videos of matches of all these bots who are ruining games by their very presence. And of the two acts game ruining far overshadows naming and shaming in the horrible behavior scale. >_>

I just had to sit through a 3v3 Normal Treeline PvP match in which 2 enemies and 2 teammates all were bots. That is 4 out of 6 players being a bot.

I can prove my teammates were bots cause one of them used Illyaoi and cast tentacle right at the stand in the base and both of my teammates got "stuck" there cause it "blocked" their pre-scripted travel route and they had no human brain in place telling them to walk around it.

I have played hundreds of matches over the last week and yet I can only think of a handful of them which didn't have even a single fake player bot on one of the two teams, and I've lost count of how many times where the majority of players were fakes.

It is simply not fun when the enemy just blithely stands still while you bleed it dead. It is even less fun when your enemies get fed cause your teammate repeatedly stands still while being bled til it dies.

Again I am not trying to argue with you, offend you, or telling you how to do your job. I am just trying to figure out why Riot has you wasting your time on penny ante crimes when far worse and more invasive crimes are going unpunished non-stop. There has to be some kind of logic I am just not informed about. Somewhere. :/

I don't have that kind of power, and even if I did, someone still has to moderate the forum for violations. Reporting people on the boards doesn't do anything but cause drama and cause witch hunts, so people need to use the report systems.

They already ban bots constantly; they do it in waves so that they can't figure out what exactly triggers the detection systems, so it might take up to a week before a detected bot actually gets banned. Because the game is free and only needs a unique email (which is also free), they can make them in mass amounts.

These bots do not last very long. Once you hit 30 and get a little bit of MMR from playing games you'll stop seeing the bots entirely (the bots rarely level up very high before being banned, and can't win games so their MMR stays very low).
