Sudden increase of intentionally feeding players via boosting websites?

I've literally encountered 3 intentionally feeding players this weekend! 2 of them are probably just 2 unknown lonely players that just feel the need to int when they have a frustrating the previous game. The this day, I've encountered someone who intentionally fed with this message <removed by moderation>. As you can see he literally said why he is doing it. It's an obvious self promotion of a website. I checked his op.gg <removed by moderation> and it seems like he's just a normal dude playing ranked. He probably got hacked or something, but who cares about who did it. Intentionally feeding or griefing is such a big problem in this game because there's no way to monitor someone doing it; the only way to raise awareness is through reports, which we should admit, it doesn't do shit except if someone just AFK'd or really toxic.
