Still Can't Receive My After Game Rewards

So I already made a post about this a few months ago, and people said "Play 30 games and it will be gone" and "play for a few months and it will be gone". And so I played 30+ games and for a few months and it still wants to tell me I can't receive a reward due to my recent behaviors. Please help me
