Suspended for banter and quoting what was said to me?

i got a 2 week suspension for quoting what was said to me in game and then bantering with another player about how riot doesnt know how to balance champs? i told someone they were going to be muted and apparently thats being toxic? like actually? i want to talk to someone so they can see how ridiculous this is. If im quoting what is being said to me how is that report worthy? and if i tell someone theyre feeding and that theyre getting muted for trying to flame me how is that again report and suspension worthy?
