Taking lobbies hostage

So earlier today I dodge a rank game because of a person trying to take a lobby hostage because I'd prefer not to have some one who want to Intentionally feed or force the team to play how he wants. It's dumb even though I dodged I'm the one who's being punished with leaver penalties because another player wants to be an a-hole.
