So after 10 games I got into bronze 3 and I did not harass teammates, be toxic in any way, troll, feed, whatever gets you banned. While setting masteries I got a message saying I'm banned and nothing was sent to my email regarding why such a thing happened. Any advice here?
Open a support ticket. Support.riotgames.com or something like that, use google.
First, check your spam folder to ensure the email wasn't sent there.
Click your profile on the top right of this page and go to Settings. There you can see what email is attached to the account. Sometimes a compromised account will have its email changed, which explains why you don't get the email when it's locked down.
After all that, you can submit a Support Ticket and inquire on the ban. For an account recovery ticket the response will be sent to the email you provide.
