My client crashed unfortunately , but how do you report someone at this point, my teammate decided to ban who i was going to play and cause problems right from the start, before the game had even begun.

You must submit a support ticket unfortunately. They will then manually report the player, make sure to include as much details as you can!

Sorry you had to deal with that

I am trying to get some footage or video of players violating terms intentionally and on purpose instead of having the report after the game cause it's just words Riot employees are looking at.

Words are strong but Actions are stronger. In the sense of this being a video game where it supposedly aims for Team Work and Communication. When you read someone saying they're feeding, it can be of a joke but when you see someone feeding it is different.

Usually people write/use words as a threat to others, "Mid or AFK" as an example but when they really actually do it and there are no written evidence showing it, the video capture WITH the chat instead of na.op.gg and or any other recording website program does.

A video capture of in-game chat and as well in-game game play is the BEST way to report someone imo and I believe Riot should create or give the millions of gamers a program that works in doing so not entirely to help report players but players can use it as reviewing their gameplays or maybe to upload their gameplays.
