Perm banned for this after 5 years of playing, and 1000 of dollars spend.?!?

We all have bad days some times, and then people can tricker you by writing stupid things, i can guarantee you, i have never started 1 of these toxic conversation but if people talk shit, it's just so hard to ignore. I know people will ask if i have been banned before and yes i have 1s before, but that i can get perm banned for these conversations when they started to flame me, im just speechless, it says that im 1 of the 0.006 people that are toxic anof to get banned, i refuse to belive that my case is just, based on those statistics, and what i have written. First Amendment - Religion and Expression. Time to show riot we mean business.

Also being RUDE should not count toward perm banned. If you was RACIST I would agree with perm banned.

As far as your article is concerned, the most valid point the mother makes is that Epic didn't add a part where the parent would be involved should the party not legally be an adult. Riot has this. It is all the way down in section 1.1 of the TOU. So presumably these babies that Riot is supposedly collecting the candy from, have parental permission for this. So, kind of irrelevant, but a good read regardless. :)

As for your first portion, yes Riot does have standards to uphold. When we provide them with payment, they provide us with whatever we paid for. Notice: they do not allow you to buy Riot points on banned accounts.

What Riot expects from it's playerbase is not crazy or over the top. They expect basic human decency. If the players cannot offer that, then Riot bids them fairwell.

If you had a ban before ANY negative behavior can and will get you permabanned. You are clearly toxic in chat, so the perma is justified. It's irrelevant how long you've played the game and how much money you've spent.

You can always make a new account, though.

Im not saying that i don't deserve a ban, but to get perm banned just like that after 5 years of playing is just mind blowing to me, especially if you take into consiteration, they talked shit to me first. :I

I tend to mute, and as a matter of fact i think i was part of game 3. That brand and top lane (dont remember the toplane champ) was waaaaayyyy more toxic. Not that it justifies Rated Raytex toxic behaviour, but i think it's a bit wild to permaban. 14 days or something. 1, 2, and on 3rd you OUT. Especially when you take into account that he acutally starts out by trying to calm people, and explain his decision making to his time, while THEY flame HIM.

We all have bad days, mute is the better option, but none of us can go free of replying to utter bullshit. Last note to this, i dont really belive the 0,006 % part, every game i encounter people being racist, homophobic and waht is worse than that. Rated Raytex barely uses any bad language in the 3 games?

Dude money actually has a lot to do with it. You do not have to just sit and let RIOT Games take your hard-earned money. I'm going to keep suggesting to people that you threaten to sue them for your money back.

It is perfectly fine if they believe that people deserve to have their accounts banned and taken away. It is not fine that they believe they can take people's money along with it and I have a feeling even they know it's a gray area of the law. The laws around digital property/ownership are going to be written in our time and hopefully people start taking corrupt businesses like RIOT to task on their overreaching nature.
