Just started playing LoL again (on EUW acct) and noticed some people are using bots that cast some of their spells for them. Example, I Jump in with Kha'zix E and Caitlyn immediately traps my landing location. At first I thought they were just that good, but as I looked closer I realized it was inhuman reaction time/accuracy. Is this normal to run into, and is it fair/legal?

AzureDragoon5 votesUse of Scripting/Botting/Cheats is an account permaban offense. Pro Players are suspended from all Riot-Affiliated competitions, typically a minimum of 1 calendar year or more for using them.
Note, this also includes if you let someone else use your account (minimum 14-day suspension, last warning for Account Sharing) and they make use of such tools, see above. You share your account, you suffer all the consequences of their actions.

edit: on second thought he was like level 10 or less so probs not worth. Thanks for the info

if he was below level 30, it was likely a leveling service of some sort, except often they try to lose games, not win them

The account will be banned if found to be using 3rd party software in addition riot bans accounts in waves as to not let the developers know what exactly riot is lookign for Bot happen, in low low elo games 1-20-- bots aram-low elo bots norms-rare to see bots ranked- bots again low elo
