Use support ticket for trolls

Hey guys! As we all know, troll detection isn't the best since it is hard to decide between a troller and someone with a bad game. I recently reported a trolling teammate (afked farm jungle) and he was bragging about how he will never be banned since he wasn't feeding. Guess what? I not only reported him in game but screenshot his chat and send a support ticket to riot. Riot promptly banned him and now he is on at least 14 day suspension. I know this since I recently visited his match history page and he went from playing everyday to not playing for a week. Now this could mean a lot of things but I like to think he is banned right now. If you have a troll, send riot a support ticket on player behave and usually they will scrutinize that player more.

Cheers!

I support the PSA on this thread. Use the support ticket. Do something proactive instead of complaining on the board.

I don't suggest it. I made a sup ticket because I was playing rakan and got put with a 4 man queue. Other than that they were harassing me, They all 4 ran it down mid into their base.I sent them a video, https://plays.tv/s/LRPi6V_lFWvW , and chat logs and such, They said they weren't able to tell me what they do for security purposes. The next day, They're still playing. The day after that, playing No chat mute. No ban. Nothing. Ive sent a few tickets for inters, still playing.

The detection bot cant detect 5 mana crystals andmobis or 3+ mobis and mana crystals.

Feels like the only way to get someone banned is to be a very big streamer/youtuber and have the player on the front page of reddit. I stopped reporting people after my ticket. 1 player inting = They didnt get banned, 4 players inting = Who? Don't know em. Let them roam free.
