Banned for over 3 years for petty rage...

So I received a ban without prior warning to there being a chance my account being perm banned and this was maybe 4 years ago now, its been a hell of a long time I've continued to play on 2 different account that has never received bans since the incident and am older and much more grown up now, I did used to get very frustrated with the game but find it much easier to play an control myself, the account are gotdaswag, and froggenARMY both account have never received bans in the same amount of time I've owned them and I've never spoke out of tongue this day I got banned when I was younger was just me having a very bad day and took out some stress on a video game, which is very popular for people to do, its actually abit of a miss that riot has 'competitive gaming' but when it comes to people with competitive personality's they seemed to get banned, any who as I said I've learnt to do as riot wants and keep my mouth shut, please sir please unban my account, to be honest I'm posting this here to show how much of a pathetic ban it actually was, I didn't deserve it I never used to speak out of terms of service have one bad day and you ban the account, you want to be careful in future, because some people might not be as stable as me and could take there own life from such a thing, might sound pathetic but things like that push people over the edge, just deciding they cant play their favourite game anymore because they got a little to passionate about it... that's the top and bottom of it really..anyway heres the logs... They only rarely unban accounts, and when it's done, they are unbanned because of an error. There doesn't appear to be an error with your ban, based on these chat logs.

Feels bad dude, considering its like 4 years ago and I'd put a lot of money into that account and a lot of time I'd appreciate it back considering i've got 2 other accounts with neither of them so much as having a chat ban and I regularly play and am actually quite the opposite now I more encourage my teammates rather then get demoralised by team deaths and mistakes etc. I thought they actually unbanned reformed players?

No. I think they tried unbanning some permabanned players in an experiment. The majority (almost all?) went right back to being toxic.

I am glad you're a different player now :).

So what ? If people have mental disorder it's not up to riot to solve them, and if you kys because you are banned from lol, you have a really bad mental disorder.

The account is banned, not the person, they can create another account and keep playing.

The logs show a toxic personnality, I'm glad you are banned, it's well deserved.

Cant agree more, I was extremely toxic, but if people but hard earned time effort and money into an account for it to get banned over one incident and have to create a new account just doesn't seem justified, this was a day when I was younger where I was extremely upset I know it doesn't justify my behaviour but maybe a 3 month ban or a 6 month ban, not a perm ban. I know it seems far fetched but ive suffered with depression myself and I could understand if a young person took their life from this they don't have to have a mental disorder, just being young and passionate can make you do anything my friend, you need to broaden your mind a little, not everyone that is suicidal or even people that kill themselves over something they love is just put down to having a mental disorder, some people have no one to love, no one there for them, so they play games to take over that shallow feeling. Thanks for your input, like I said I know the ban was justified but definitely not a permanent.

It doesnt have to, it's in the rules. You follow the rules, you keep playing, you dont, you lose everything. The rules are simple, the rules are the same for everyone, the rules are fair.

Except that depression IS a mental disorder. (it's written in medical books).

Also losing your LoL account is by no mean the top of the frustrations that can happen in a life, what is losing your LoL account compared to losing a loved one ? And except if you do not love anyone, you WILL see people you love die, one way or another.

If we start not banning people because they might commit suicide, we might as well prevent loses in game since, you know someone could get frustrated that he loses the game and comit suicide.

But, maybe that's not enough, maybe upon dying ingame, someone could be so traumatized he commit suicide, then we should prevent champions from dying ingame. Instead their attack would just be disabled, they would stay at 1 hp and they would have to walk to the fountain to heal.

Also, I can understand that seeing your loved champion be hurt by an ennemy spell could make you end your life (the suffering between me and my champion are shared because i'm very empathic), so It could be nicer that champions hugs each other instead of hitting each other.
