Trundle that inted all game /sharing accounts /inting/ griefing/

He played trundle supp and inted all game. In game he said he is trying to get his acc to b5 with perfect kda on trundle .I was dissapointed becaouse this game was realy intense and we really could win if we hadnt played 4v5 .I'm angry and i wish i could swear right now .The problem is that i couldnt do litearly anything .I added his opgg above i think i can upload whole game if u want as evidence .I think that behavior should be punished by permabaning him to save other players from this really bad experience .Altough he didnt said this creally he is a smurf and he borrowed this account which is violation of the regulations that he accepted.I hope we can do something with that kind of people. i wont give up until he gets permaban i really do belive riot will take interest in this case .
