Lets talk about queue dodging. So I just queue up for a ranked game, everything going normal, and then this one guy (who was assigned adc) blows tf up, and I mean it when I was blows tf up, he starts cussing out this one dude (who was in his last game I guess and didn't do well) and then says, "your next 50 f'ing minutes are mine you trash silver five ****" He then locks in j4 adc, with cleanse and ghost, and repeats this about eighteen more times, (no one dodges) I try to talk some sense into him and he then cusses me out and says he is running bottom to feed then mid then top.... (NO ONE DODGES) (I'm playing cass and I don't want to deal with his stupidity) So at the last second, as he hasn't changed at all and keeps copy pasting the same line, I dodge... and get hit with a 30 minute queue dodge timer, not I GET IT, THERE IS NO WAY to tell if it was a just dodge or just a dodge. What I hate about this, is I lost 10 lp (better then the 20 that I would have if I played this game I give that) But I think there should be some way to report on them because that is some bottom barrel bs. Before you say it, I... Don't... Care... I was not going to waste my time in that game, and to those who said, you shouldve played anyway and carried, piss off, I really, really, really, hate when people say that, I'm not one for wasting time, so shut up. ANYWAY I there any way to (or is there gonna be one) where I can just send riot a screen shot or anything else of this so I don't have to waste thirty minutes looking at my queue and my lost lp because one person was being an idiot and openly going to int as soon as he got into game. -Sincerely I'm actually getting sick of this community. (Don't say I should quit because I don't like the community, I tend to not care about people who say this)

Just to share my own story about a similar situation.

My friend and I are in Duo queue as Jungle and top Respectively, and our teams ADC bans Bard who our support has shown as pick intent, claiming that he dislikes Bard, then proceeds to trash talk us for asking why he banned the pick intent instead of just asking for a differen support. At this point we're mildly confused by the whole ordeal, but the support or mid laner dodge the queue and we're back to waiting.

We're back in champ select, the same player has now been entered into Jungle instead of ADC, and I find myself auto-filled into support. No Problem, I pick intent Taric. Which is then banned by our aforementioned trolling ADC turned Jungler, who then locks in Soraka Jungle. Confusution ensued once more, and we find ourselvs out of queue as once more our Mid laner or ADC in that match jumped on the grenade of crazy for us to avoid the troll.

Beyond screen shots sent to the support team, there is no way of possibly getting these people punished for their actions, and the other players who sacrificed their LP so they would lose less than actually playing in the match with a troll.

We ended up having normal matches afterwards, but it was amazingly pointless, with no net result other than someone losing LP and low priority queue to avoid playing with someone being a deliberate jerk.

Ultimately, I would love to see a report system in place that can be more effective in checking player actions before and after games other than getting a screen grab for a support ticket, and similarly, gives some form of... I don't want to call it honour, but some show of the fact that the people who dodged may have well been acting selfishly in not wanting to play with a troll, but if nothing else, should recognise they saved 9 people upwards of 40 minutes of agony.

Sadly due to how the LP system works, it cannot give back LP. Riot will gladly take screenshots and punish players who do this sort of stuff, but they can't just give LP back. Its the way LP system is programmed so it can never increase through moderation due to being exploitable.

I just wish for ranked, the priority Q timer is dratisically increased, and they just remove the LP penality and treat the lobby as a /remake rather than a dodge punished.

this champ select system is garbage for sure...the trolls are rewarded and people that want to play are penalized, it will be the death of this game..

Just be glad you're smart enough to take a ten lp dodge.

Most people won't take a three lp dodge and play those kinds of games.
