Looting Ban Time Frame

So not too long ago I was banned for having toxic behavior in a game where I was close to losing my Gold V title. I ended up being demoted and had to work my way up through promos to Gold V again which of course, is not an easy task. But since then I've been positive, helping and encouraging teammates when and where I can to keep the team spirit up. This allowed me to boost my teams spirits and winning game streaks until finally I was back into Gold V. I know I was wrong in being a toxic, and it has been a long time since my ban for two weeks from the game. I would like to know though how long my looting/crafting ban lasts. I've done positively well for the past many games,and tried my hardest to get that S and teammates reward me with a good comment after the game. However I have yet to see my ban have been lifted..... Could I get any help here please?
