So I was playing yasuo (I know, aids af) and I get merc'd by a pro katarina and literally could not do anything, I was that far behind in the game, I could not fight the adc, or the top laner, so the jungler (fiddlesticks) flamed the living shiz outta me and said that I'm inting, If im not intentionally dying, am I still inting? It's not intentional, so it's not inting. Everyone has bad games sometimes, its understandable.

As long as you're still trying your best to win the game it's not punished.

As h0ne and Sirthael have said, if you're still trying to win and not trying to die, you're not intentionally feeding.

One helpful way I've found to look at it is to phrase it as either "feeding" or "getting beaten". Feeding is clearly intentional, but getting beaten isn't.

Intentional feeding and doing poorly are different. The first is punishable, the latter is not.

Looks like your entire team was doing poorly. You even had the highest CS. Nobody would mistake that for inting.

I mean, do yourself a favor, both in terms of playing well and protecting your account, and don't force fights against people when you're that far behind. But no, there's no penalty for doing poorly and getting wrecked by a more skilled opponent.

I got wrecked similarly by a Kat a few days ago, this Kat had 19 kills a game AVERAGE and a 30-6 win/loss rate with Katarina at the time when I played against her. Absolutely insane, I still think they were probably smurfing. Anyway, obviously my team blamed and flamed me for feeding, but there really was no way around it. I got outskilled and outclassed. It happens. Just try to learn from it so you don't get dumpstered as bad the next time
