a question about being dishonorable/toxic

if you've been dishonorable once or twice due to toxicity but you're trying to turn it around by muting in game every game and just being more positive and what not.. my question is, which most likely would never happen, but regardless the actual question is can you qualify for pro lcs/lcs academy or any of that with a past behavior on your account? Or should making a new account better my chances? etc.

Thank you for you time.

being previously toxic, have little to no effect on playing in lcs. jensen, use to be incarnation, and dardoch are good examples of this. if your toxic while your a pro you can be fined by riot, but all the teams care about is how good you are and how you work inside a team.

Funny thing is RIOT has their heads so far in their rear ends that they only give time outs to the worst toxicity in team online games which is afks, dcs, leavers. Rarely does the worst toxic player ever get banned.
