Me getting banned

I don't understand why Riot bans me when I'm just toxic. I feel as if Riot doesn't see intent feeding is far worse than flaming. They see it as the same exact thing probably. I see people getting away with intent feeding because I add them after the game and message them after they intent feed for a week yet still no ban. I'm only toxic because I either get a shit team, or I get cocky enemies. I get why Tyler1 is mad now and I feel like I'm in his shoes. Riot please see this.
