Returning player, permabanned a couple years ago, am I allowed to play on a new account?

Hey everyone, I was permanently banned on my previous account which I had since season 1. The ban was for good reason; I used scripts. Mostly in ARAM, but I used them in ranked games too and climbed from Plat 5 to Plat 1 with them before being banned. I understand not everyone will be very forgiving of this fact, but I won't ask for forgiveness, I understand that what I did was blatantly wrong and ruined the experience for other players, for entirely selfish motivations. This ban happened a couple years ago and I am now looking at playing the game again to play with some friends in my college.

Before I get too invested in the game again, I want to know: Am I at risk of getting banned again on this new(ish) account due to my previous activity, or is this new account safe from being banned? I've reformed my behavior and stopped using scripts completely (and yes, I suck now without them). I get that asking this question may put me at risk of being banned again, but if it's bound to happen anyway, I'd rather it happen now than 6 months from now.

Unless your name is Tyler1 Riot just bans individual accounts and not players themselves.

As long as you keep your new account free of scripts and keep it sportsmanlike on the rift, you have nothing to worry about. Good Luck.

First, completely delete LoL, all the scripts, and all traces of the scripts (the zip files you downloaded/torrented/whatever), then reinstall.

Then, welcome back to the game.

Of course, if you've replaced your computer since the ban, you should be clear.

why did you get banned? who cares about your scripts ohh man you climbed 3 diviosn and not 3 ranks..... your still plat...hell people lose or die and they always blame it on the "lagging" fool you had 0 issues all game and all of a sudden your "lagging"lol. hell i was mid on my other accoutn which is banned lol i get mad becuase i have to supp every match due to mofos refusing it due to hell they took blind ranked away i can refuse to supp guess what im refusing supp and getting the least desired role nonstop pisses people off, as well as you get blamed 100% nonstop and riot can careless about the "toxicity in the game. if they did i can think of a dozen ways to stop it or make it appear rarely but thats another story. yes you can make a new accoutn and play again i did it riot doesnt care and when they "cared" was with tyler1 getting permabanned....stated any accounts that were found would be banned as well...hello noob ass riot he streams.......

You've got some money in your pocket, right? BY ALL MEANS come back with a new account! You'll have to re-buy all the things from your banned account of course, but financially supporting the developer that kicked you off their game in the first place should be your goal anyway.

why would you even ask this. no one knows about your previous account, no one cares. if you get permad just make another acc (or buy one tbh)
