Riot's Problem

Riot has a problem with it's punishment system. I have been trying to grind ranked because I want to gain some more LP. I've been having a bad couple of days with losses. I have to deal smiteless junglers, AFK's, Intentional feeders and griefers. I've remained calm in majority of those matches. Last match I asked my support if she can be a tank because we lacked tank and engage, my support said no and locked Soraka. Annoying, but not a big deal. I told her that her pick was bad vs their team comp, she called me toxic. I ignored her because it was the start of the match and it didn't matter, so I play the match and I get engaged on, literally no heals, I die and support says, "hahaha" . At this point i'm annoyed, but I continue to play, and the same thing happens. My support is literally making me 1v2 against a lane when i was countered in the first place (Draven into Braum) After my 2nd death my team says that I'm feeding and playing dumb, but my support was nowhere in lane Kalista ult and Braum ult is impossible to get away from without flash, which I didn't have up. At this point I start arguing with them telling them I don't have a support, and everyone just says to mute my support and play. I don't mute her but I go back to playing and I die yet again, I got tower dove. "Hahaha" once again, just completely trolling and trying to piss me off. I'm on complete tilt at this point, and I'm typing away because I look like the bad guy in this situation and everyone is blaming me. I admit I did just type for the rest of the game and threatened to AFK due to lack of frustration, but other than that I was playing the game. I've never had a mute or any sort of punishment, and I get banned right after that game. I don't understand how someone can literally ruin my match, make me look like the bad guy because i'm annoyed that i'm getting trolled, and get me banned right after. This makes absolutely no sense to me. No one else is paying attention to my lane so they don't know half of what is going on, but I get reported because I'm 0/3 and typing. Just explain to me how this is fair and what to do in a situation like this next time? (I couldn't farm, couldn't defend turret, couldn't roam due to everyone being mad at me after 3 deaths, no one was willing to help) I just want to understand how to deal with it, how it's fair to be punished for it.

Now some of this chat is a little toxic, but everyone is a bit toxic sometimes, and these games weren't close together this was over a course of a week maybe even longer.
