at last after months of hard work i have reformed and got my honor 2 back
but i still haven't got the reward any idea when will riot release them?

If you had lost Honor due to a Chat Restriction, then you'll get your rewards at around February 11th - so just a week from now - give or take a few days as the system distributes the rewards.
'Til then, though, congrats on reclimbing to Honor Level 2!

Forget reforming. More like conforming. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and so is toxicity. We can't conceitedly assume that we're the end all be all to what is toxic or good. Something offensive could be funny to some. Save being politically correct for the white house, not our video games. Just thicken your skin, don't be so offended all the time. Mute them. Move on to play the game. It's better to do that than to muzzle them, get revenge on them getting their account banned. The two offences are not equal, I actually find the ladder much more toxic than the former.
Wait, we still get our stuff if we got back to Honor 2?!
This is fantastic. I hit honor 2 like right after the preseason started and had given up on the idea of getting them.
