Hate speech is not a joke. It is an insult. Those words are fundamentally intended to be insults.

This behavior has always, and will always, result in an escalated punishment. There is a zero tolerance policy for this sort of language.

Yeah. Yeah, this is pretty warranted. The other people you are playing with can't tell you're joking, Riot can't tell your joking, and just because something is a joke doesn't me it's not offensive. Learn your lesson, and don't do it again.
