Perma Banned for this?

So I just played a ranked game where my bot lane was feeding really hard so they just started trolling and dying intentionally. Our jungle rammus also started trolling and just powerballed in and died over and over. Obviously I was frustrated so I might have said some things that I shouldn't have, but come on this is a competitive game. Almost every other competitve game has voice comms where people say much worse things than this. Also, anything bad I might have said were only insults to people's gameplay, I did not say anything that should have offended them personally so I really don't understand why I got perma banned for this. I know this community likes to circle jerk around the idea that you should just mute everyone in games like this, but if the justification for me getting banned is that im ruining the game for other people, why are they not getting banned considering they are ruining the game for everyone much more than I am. I have spent over $200 on this game, not to mention all the time I spent grinding ip for runes and champions. I peaked d5 last year and was going for diamond again this year so yes I am a competitive player and getting banned for something like this and losing all that time and money is just infuriating. If chat logs are the only reason I got banned, then why can't I just be perma chat banned? Why do they have to straight up ban my account, This makes no sense at all.

That's just 1 excerpt from 1 game, I assume you talk like that in more than 1 game to get yourself banned, which makes the ban quite justified

Seems like a worthy ban. You have to remember in order to get a permaban you usually go through various other punishment before getting the final strike. With this chat log alone you show signs of ridiculing, and demeaning towards other people. You give no actual criticism, or any way to help your teammates improves. Calling them trash and useless does nothing to help them so why even bother to tell them that?

But like i said it seems like you arent learning that this type of behavior isnt tolerated. you obviously cannot follow rules, and since you didnt learn the last 3 times (assuming you did get those punishments) then why should they give you more chances?

Sorry, it's not up to us, it's up to Riot. You can't just get permanently banned from chat logs, last I checked. Last time I checked, there were a few steps before you get permabanned off verbal abuse. Not to mention, that is a LONG list of things that make the experience less enjoyable for a lot of players involved.

Besides, this is Riot's community, and if they consider you to be making the community worse, they have every right to permaban you. This game is free to play; if you buy anything with real money, that's purely your choice. It doesn't afford you any privileges other than access to that item, whether it's a champion, ward skin, chroma pack, whatever it is you pay for in this game.

I agree that you should not have been perma-banned. I think they should add a system where you get banned and get a huge red warning on your account that lasts a month or two. If you're toxic again while your account has that mark, then you get perma-banned. A perma-ban is the most extreme thing and should not be given out so lightly.

E. Suspension/Termination.

The Summoner's Code under Article 8 says...

Are you trying to say that the above game was the only game you've been toxic in since your 2 week ban?

Let's not lie to eachother friend. I used to be toxic just like you. Do you want to know what I've figured out about their automated system? The MAIN THING it looks for is how many lines you've typed.

If you want to get away with talking shit. Talk a lot less, and don't use the buzz words the automated system is looking for. Curse words etc. Never ever tell anyone to kill themselves. I've baited 2 people into telling me to kill myself and both times got the "Thanks for your report! We just dunked on this fool!"

But back to your case. Let's be honest bro you probably got the report screen a lot since your 2 week and this perma is the culmination of all those times. Sorry this happened to you because people say a hell of a lot worse shit than your latest example, but we don't know what you said in your last 8 toxic games either, but I bet you typed A LOT of LINES.

If you get a 2 week you gotta let it go or this is what happens.

Actually, I wasn't toxic like you (no callimg people trash etc.) . I just called for REPORTS! All day on everyone who was being toxic.

Turns out that's also considered toxic, and to this day they haven't officiallly posted somewhere everywhere the playerbase can see that this can get you in trouble. Yes, I know there's a red forum post about it on here some where but it needs to be a loading screen message.

But I typed A LOT.

And that's what sets off the system.

You're definitely not a nice person. I don't know how many games you have like that, but even so I wouldn't permaban you.

Until you start using real hate speech I would try to reform you further,but how many 2 week bans has this account received? If more than 2 or 3 then you had to have seen this coming.

I don't even have to look that hard. You call your team fucking idiots in the first few lines. You berate rammus. You berate blitz. You tell them they suck. It is not really that fun to play when you have someone constantly getting down on you for every single mistake.

You shouldn't need a warning after the 2 week ban. You should have taken the hint. Doing this just after the two week ban is proof to Riot that you are unwilling to change. So they banned you.
