okay so I was recently banned for 14 days because I was "rude" to someone in game. Now I get it that it is my fault for being toxic but the other player was just as toxic back and yet i am the one who is banned. It makes no sense how I get banned and yet this other toxic guy gets to walk away like it was nothing. If anyone has the same issue let me know because this is something that is utter crap to the players in the league community.

let's break this down.
You don't get immunity from being punished just because someone else was being toxic. The moment you respond to this behavior you open yourself up to punishment yourself.
"i was toxic but so was the other guy so therefore i deserve to not be banned" Uh, no. It means both of you deserve to be banned. And how do you know he wasn't banned?
