Is there any chance that Rito will remove the low priority queue as I did not intentionally leave the game (I accidentally knocked my internet cable out) and tried to rejoin as soon as I could but was unfortunately too late as my team just remade as I rejoined.

There is leeway built into the system, so if you don't afk, then the system will pass over the legitimate network issues.
