I have a hard time dealing with afkers. Need some advice.

3 ranked games in a row with an afker from the start. Its starting to really make me lose my cool. Why cant riot be forgiving if you leave/forfeit early due to afks? Its basically a waste of 20 minutes (or more if your team is part of the never surrender crew). I feel like players shouldnt be punished because they did not want to waste 20 mins for nothing. Most of the time if they do come back its way late and they end up being free kills for the enemy team. So yea, can we get riot to figure something out here?

they are working on something but it will take a while to implement, b/c of the new dramatic ques they are currently working on, the new ques will help with afks from the start as all player have to be actively involved with bans, until then if you want do rank before the new system come i recommend following a step to reduces afks
