Leaver Buster Issues

So recently I've been caught in some Leaver Buster stuff, and usually I'm fine with this cause I left a game and should be held accountable for. But this time was ridiculous. I was playing a bot game to practice lee sin (I still suck at him) and my Internet goes down (dam AT&T) And i had to go AFK. But since its a bot match. My team had to trouble cleaning it up and winning. But when I come back I get Leaver Buster??? Please note that I was playing with Gold-ish players and we were messing around in an indeterminate Bots game. I don't really get why you should get Leaver Buster from bots. I think Riot should remove Leaver Buster from Bot games not just for me but for everyone. I'll put a poll down and see if anyone agrees with me. If you guys don't like that idea tell me why, I really would like to know

You still could of ruined 4 other people game. It's not their fault your internet went out.

Leaving issues are much bigger than any one game. You are punished for leaving games at an unacceptable rate, not just for leaving that one bot game. Your issue had nothing to do with what mode you were playing. Your connection would have forced you out of the game no matter what mode it was. It is basically judging the likelihood that you will leave future games.

If anything you would have the low priority queue wait timer not apply when playing bot games.
