RIOT ruines this game

Riot is oblivious to the fact that theyve created a toxic game. You allow a bunch of random people to play in a game where you actively need 5 people in a cohesive game whilst being better than the other five people and they just keep doing all these PR stunts trying to make it seem like they're doing a great job at curbing toxicity. I'm a toxic player and don't deserve rewards because i got 2 chatbans and a 14day ban because of robot or a bug in the report system? It's absolutely pathetic. I worked my ass of, i dealt with afks, i dealt with toxic people in my own way, i invested time and money into the game. This fixes NOTHING.

And even for players that have been toxic: It makes no sense to punish players for something they did 3 months ago. You already punished them, why do it again? Makes it seem like all your work and money you invested means nothing to Riot. This type of negative reinforcement will not change anything, other than make these players more upset.
