Is there a way for reformation unban from a permanent ban?

I'm terribly sorry but I can't hold my temper back on players I don't want a chat in my game please riot I have spent a lot of my money, I am under 15 so you have to understand I am very dum person and shouldn't deserve another chance and there is a possible way of permanent ban in chat I would love it please or transfer of my skins to my friends account is there a possible way riot please. I spent a lot I don't mind if I stay unbanned I understand that I am horrible person to play your game but please all I would ask if you could transfer it to my friends account (will add in my friends name through email or comment after a staff has replied in any way) so that it's not a waste of my money.

Thanks for the game while I had played it. And I am terribly sorry for the people I had hurt sorry riot for being so toxic in your game and next time if you have toxic players in your game mute and report them.

None in your case. You agreed to the ToU before you downloaded this game that Riot isn't liable to you in any way. That means no refunds at all nor can you transfer anything.

The only thing you can do from here is making a new account.

There is no official way to get your account unbanned.

There is no way to get unbanned, unless you really are "reformed" You have to pay about $10,000
