Got chat suspension because it was a 3 stack

So this all started in champion select when my Bronze 3 support wanted to play Urgot support. I checked their OP.GG and saw that they have a 50% chance of winning, but they didn't do well, so I didn't want to have it. I proceeded to Ban Urgot, and then they picked Teemo support (They could've played Thresh, or others, I saw so on their OP.GG).

The game started, I informed the enemy team that there is a high chance that Teemo will troll me, so enjoy the lane if he does. Which he did, he stood in the bush all game, and kept telling them to dive me. Their first attempt, I almost won it, but they got away.

Anyways, Teemo did nothing all of laning phase besides hit 6, and then place traps into the bush, then die. I was 0-7 or something atrocious for the majority of the game since I couldn't do anything in the laning phase vs a Jhin, and Sona after they got items.

Teemo proceeded to insult me, and we all know how parties work, if you defend yourself, you get ganged up on by the rest of them. Teemo would say things like, "no one loves you," or "you're trash at adc *****" I have my filter on, so I couldn't see what he was saying 3/4ths of the time.

Anivia (one of Teemo's party members), kept trying to argue with me about my build, and you know, that's fine, I'll take it as criticism and move on, but the insults sowed in between Anivia's comments caused me problems.

I read the rules prior of this post, it said retaliation is bad, and you know, fine, that's on me for retaliating, but it wasn't even aggressive retaliation. Whenever Teemo said, "no one loves you" I simply replied with something like, "that's great, I don't care", or "you're trash at adc", I would say, "that's cool, it's a norm I come here to practice", after I got tired of repeating myself I told them both, "I'm tired of this, and it's obvious you don't like me, so stop talking to me, and I won't talk back, it's simple"

At that point I should've muted them, but it never crossed my mind to.

TL;DR Just because it's a 3 stack, I got the punishment even though I didn't do anything besides accept their insults, and farm up, and become useful again after having a troll teemo support, take turrets, and inhibs, and kill everyone they fed.

^TL;DR The system is flawed.

Multiple reports do not stack in any way at all; every report always results in a review, and more reports can't make the system check your chat logs any harder. You weren't punished because a premade reported you, you would only be punished if your behavior was consistently and/or extremely negative.

I'm not going to say this player didn't do anything wrong or shouldn't be punished, you should definitely report for griefing like that, but your actions weren't exactly innocent; banning another player's choice because you simply don't like it is very rude, as is accusing someone of trolling before they've even done anything (Teemo Support is a viable pick). You don't deserve to be trolled, but you probably could've avoided this by having a little faith in your teammates.

If you want to share the chat logs you got in your Reform Card, please post those and we can go over them with you to discuss what was said.

League of Legends promotes to not speak at all, in any game. Learn that first.

They need to just remove chat all together. Honestly, there is no use for it, other than to get you banned.

Its not because you were against a 3 stack its because you btiched the whole game you just need to mute and not feed the trolls. This is like internet advice 101

Does a report get reviewed by an actual human, or a bot. It's hard to believe if human.

Yeah, I'm not trying to be the innocent one here, I just have little hope in strangers online. I accept the fact, and know that it is rude to ban someones pick out of spite, but after enough years of online interactions you develop like a 7th sense of the type of ignorance you're going to find, so my sense kicked in, and it told me he would've trolled whether I accused him or not.
