my account banned for no reason.

riot im a silver player and i was in normal. solo que and i was playing a game as top lane jax and ive never played jax before and i was playing and two people on the enemy team told me they were smurfing and they were diamond 5 and i was laned against one and was really unfair i didnt give up i kept trying i was farming building the right items and i was trying but i kept getting 1 shot and they even 1v5 my team and killed us yes my score was very bad but i got reported for feeding and banned and i didnt report anyone because u cant really do anything about what we were matched up against and i dont see as to why i got banned for that its really unfair and i actually got a note from yous saying good work for being a good behavior player. i would really like yous to look into that match and watch what actually happend because i shouldnt be reported and banned for that matter please riot i need my account back i put alot of time and RP into it please guys. just take a look please i beg yous.
