It's not permanent. The time you're ineligible is variable; the more severe punishment you received the longer it takes, and if you continue negative behavior it'll take longer. Just stay positive in your games (or at least don't be a jerk) and you'll work it off. Not permanent, but no defined time or game limit. You have to prove that you've reformed and can be a decent member of the community before you can receive loot again.

from what i understand they literally throw a bunch of darts at a board and anyone the dart lands on is "reformed"

I just got reformed today. I was 2 week banned in february, so 3 months for a t week ban isnt that bad

for me its permanent. After months still no drop so fk it. Riot will never see a cent from me for a skin or anything else. Fk u riot
