Can Someone Get Banned for Flaming AFTER the Game ?

When you say after the game do you mean in the chat from the post game screen? Or like they add you to your friends list and flame you from there? In any case both can be reported with the ladder one being that you need to make a support ticket with evidence (screenshots) to back up your claim!

They will tell you yes, but the answer is NO.

Before you argue with me, link me to one post on here where someone got punished for post game with proof. Saying the blank report card bans are for this is not proof.
