Tired of Toxic People (remade)

Picture is slightly confusing, I made it very quickly. The Master Yi is the toxic player, and he was talking to me, IMT satan. So a few days ago I made a post about how tired I am with people being toxic all the time for no reason with no punishments. I wrote: "Im very sick of people being this rude for no reason. Idk what you can do to fix this, but for some reason your game brings the worst out of people. It is not okay to let people get away with this over and over. I do not think the punishments that you give out for these types of things to be harsh enough. Because clearly it doesn't change anything. Yes you might ban them from speaking for a few games but ultimately these people are going to be toxic and ruin the game for others. To me it seems that you are too afraid to ban all the toxic people in league from playing because of how much money it would lose you. I guarantee that you are going to lose just as many people to this kind of behavior. I love this game but idk how much longer I can take rude people. I had this person muted the entire game from when he started to be rude. Which was in champ select btw. Instantly when the game was done he preceded to flame all of us including me just for my champion pick, saying all I did the whole game was ks him and my team. Being the highest source of dmg that game I dont understand his logic. Please find a way to make your game better before we move on. Its not worth being told Im going to bleed out of my mouth from being sexually assaulted by someone "like him". All i ask is you think of the people who deserve to play rather than just the monetary value of each player, even when they are toxic."

My post was then removed because apparently letting riot know of a toxic person in this method isnt allowed. I have removed the toxic lpayers name from the picture.

Riot games then sent me this message: "Hey IMT satan,

We understand that you want to get word out about this player and their in-game behaviors but this is not the correct avenue to get attention on them. Please continue to use our in-game reporting system to put these players through our behavioral systems."

Their misunderstanding of what my purpose of my post was is the worst part. I could care less about this specific player. He/she is one of thousands of people I have had be this rude and gross over a game. My purpose of taking the time to make the original post was to share my opinion on the situation of player behavior, and the fact that you clearly dont care about toxic players unless they give a bad name to your company with popularity. Example: Tyler1. You then tell me to continue to use your in-game reporting system, when the fact is it does barely anything. Almost every time a person is toxic in game and someone says they are going to report them the player responds with things like "see if I care, it doesnt do anything", and "Ive been reported so many times already". It has happened to me, and im sure so many other people. Please give me a real response and not just your automated message of a way you plan to work on this problem. Im sure im not the first person to post something like this.

Ok, so.... im going to point out i was very confused at first because you used black to wipe their name off, and it blended in and seemed like YOU were the one who said that..... may i suggest white next time? Off topic but i think that should be pointed out real quick lol.

Anyways, i do agree that not all toxic players have something done. Unfortunately you can ban an account, you can ban a IP address, but people will still find a way to get on and badmouth everything and everyone they feel like. I am highly doubting that it was their main account they just said those things on, and i am also highly doubting that they care if they are banned. I have met people like that before on other games and League as well. Either the people wait for however long so they are not a "repeat offender" for X length of time so as to avoid getting banned..... or they just keep doing it to see how long until they get banned and then move onto another game.

I will also point out another flaw there, if the punishments are harsher..... there are innocents caught in the crossfire. As much as Riot tries to reduce the innocents being caught, they still are. Where would you draw the line there? Is it worth it to you if 1 innocent person is banned if 10 actual wrong doers are banned? Or would it be worth it if for every 1 innocent there is 100 wrong doers? Where is the line drawn and when do you cross it? With Riot, as much as it does pain them to see people being treated like that person was treating you.... they try to reduce the innocents being caught in the battle against toxisity.

An example of a highly unlikely scenario that happened with that screenshot is actually something that could happen. You could have had a friend log onto your Ex's account and play a game with you and tell them to badmouth and be as toxic as possible so that they will get banned. Then you screenshot this and try to make an emotional appeal to force Riot to ban them because you showed them this picture.

Think that does not happen? Think again. I have seen it happen unfortunately, and it has worked. All because of a relationship breakup and someone being upset, the innocent has lost their account for until it is appealed..... if it does. All their hard work down the drain.

If you do not understand that, then you im sorry to say are part of the problem. You try to make this big rally against Riot and make it so much harder for them to do what they need to do to keep the innocent people from losing their accounts.

Use the report system, DO THE SUMMARY PORTION and let them do their job. Add in a few comments the toxic person has said in the breof summary.... for example "since champion select they have been flaming and saying '____', i muted them during game, and then in post game they were still flaming and raging and stated '_____' because of what champions were chosen."

I highly doubt post game chat gets relied into the system for reports.

I made a similar post about toxic behavior and Riot deleted mine because this "isn't the correct forum"...Tell me Riot, why hasn't this post been deleted??

Mute them, or just ignore them. You didn't need to sit in the end game chat and read the dumb shit they said. You cannot expose yourself to something on purpose then complain that you were exposed to it.
