Lemme give you a quick run down on why I think this 14 days suspension is total BS:

Miss Fortune: This MF didn't do that bad, but she was salty and very toxic to me during the game.

Akali: She fed enemy Yasuo early, I roam to her lane (mid lane) and helped her took a tower. She supported MF later.

Braum: A VERY KIND player, he is like the nicest guy I know. Despite that, MF keeps on flaming this poor dude.

There's also a Nidalee Jungle.

So basically, Akali fed Yasuo early which let our team tilt a bit. Akali is tilting, MF started to tilt, and I'm just sitting top lane pushing. I started roaming mid and we (Akali, Nid, and me) took first mid tower. Naturally, I return back to top lane to push. Because enemy Yasuo is too fed, they took our second mid tower. The enemy had many hard CCs so I was intimidated to even go mid. So I kept pushing top. MF started to tilt real bad and accuse me of just AFK farming, Akali started to flame me too because I told her to play passive until she gets gunblade.

Just to clarify, this quote right here ("quit thinking ur good akali") was me defending Braum. Nidalee and Braum were telling Akali to play for late game, Akali got tilted and said "quit thinking your good". I got tilted because Braum was super nice to Akali, so I "shouted" at Akali with the quotes below.

Later in to the game, MF accused me of AFK splitting top. So I had to defend myself:

I explained it in the calmest way I could, but you know what they said?

I got tilted again because it was so stupid.

At this point in the chat, I got very tilted. One, because Akali was feeding this whole time and MF wasn't that big of a contributor to my team. I didn't say any profanity because I want to "play" the game instead of just going 24/7 in chat.

They practically spammed: "Report Trynd" A million times Even the enemy team started defending me and agreed with my decisions of split pushing saying "Report for what?"

So the question is....Why am I suspended for 14 days? I just don't get it... I didn't use any profanity I tried to communicate with MF and Akali the calmest way I can despite refusing to acknowledge my effort for some godforsaken reason Even the enemy team started supporting me All Chat Why Rito?

Turns out, being passive-aggressive and insulting your teammates without cursing at them isn't a loophole.

It's not the worst log I've seen, sure, but it is negative. If you recently had a 25-game chat restriction, the next punishment would be a 14-day ban. Have you had any chat restrictions before?

Edit: Okay, you mentioned you've never had other restrictions.

This log alone is not enough to earn a 14-day ban, which means either Riot made a mistake or you've mislead us at some stage. If your account is the truth, make a support ticket.

Okay, sure it is negative. But compare this chat log, to MF and Akali Chat log (I obviously don't have their's). Why am I getting a 14 days suspension instead of them? Right? At the very least, I should be getting a chat restriction instead of a straight suspension.

This was the only game you received in the logs? Maybe the logs were bugged and you got the wrong game. This would all be pretty straightforward if you'd dropped some hate speech in here somewhere.

Go for a support ticket, ask Riot for some clarity.

...in the sense that you were harassing your team all game by being the back seat gamer nobody wants to play with.

The best advice I can give you for when your 14-day suspension is over:

Go into your game settings and disable /all chat. /mute all at the beginning of every. single. game.

stop chatting. period.

because your entire chat log is negative, rude, passive aggressive, and harassing your teammates. and from experience i know that people who chat like this in one game, do it in many more. stop yourself from future punishments by just not using chat anymore. literally nothing you said in this chat log was helpful or constructive, and being confrontational with your team will literally never make your game go any better.

Did you read my descriptions? Did I mention that Akali and Miss Fortune is toxic the whole game? Maybe you did read it, I have no way to know that. Again, I rarely get tilted. Oh Akali is feeding? Oh well, I'll just play my top lane and see how things develop. That is literally me normally. Because Akali and MF is insulting my friend Braum, I got tilted. I'd say your advice is great, but it's only a temporary patch. Instead of muting everyone in the game, LEARN to have self control. And apparently the people you have experienced with have no self control. Again, this is a rare case of mine. I don't just go out and be negative, rude, passive aggressive and apparently in your view, harassing my own teammates every single day. I personally don't think I deserve a suspension, I am more deserving of a chat restriction if anything. But that's just me.

The actions of other players don't justify your own. Anything you do in retaliation of another player's actions is still punishable.

Mute and move on. Retaliation does nothing. Adding more flame to the fire doesn't put it out.

You are responsible for your actions regardless of who said what first.

When I am using the word "noobs", I genuinely means new players. But of course, I have no way of proving that I wasn't being toxic.

May I ask if the account has had previous punishments?

Asking because while that isn't the most aggressive or toxic chat I've seen, a consistent display of it over many, many games will lead to a 14-day ban.

After a 14-day ban the next punishment of any kind (even if the chat itself that triggers it is only inherently chat-restriction worthy on a fresh account) will give a perma, so it'd be better to just /muteall and not chat for a while bro.

Just to clarify, this is a rare case. I don't ever be toxic on this account. Restating it, this is a rare case. I don't know why the 14-days suspension happened, that's why it is so "bs" to me.

Another question:

^are there any accidental omissions in the logs? This sentence seems to suggest so and if there is missing context it doesn't assist us in figuring this out. It also doesn't help unban the account since Player Support has the logs themselves.

Either way, sending a ticket to player support is the best method to approach this. We can merely discuss the ban and logs on the boards, but they have actual power over the account.

Think about it, you "WILL" find discrepancies in the chat logs. Like I said, if I know I deserve the ban, why will I even go out my way and post this to the board? I bet literally 90% of the people that check this out thinks this guy is a jerk at first glance.

This is exactly why I hesitated to even post my chat logs. I main point is that why am I banned when Akali and MF is literally 10x more toxic than me. I don't want people go haze off some where else and prove that I'm a jerk.

  1. It is not a point system. Just because someone may be toxic to the extreme, it doesn't allow a person to be toxic to a lesser extreme. Toxicity doesn't cancel out.

  2. As I already mentioned, I don't think the chat log is what got you the 14 day ban. You aren't going to be an accurate answer here. You need to open a support ticket.

For instance, lets say there are two players that are toxic.

The first player is far less toxic than the second player The second player said horribles things like racial slurs and encouraged suicide

Now your punishing both players with the same thing: permanently banning them.

Actually yes. If someone is midly toxic then they would have gone through many tiers of punishment before getting perm banned. The horrible person would probably only go through two tiers. In both cases each of them wold have gotten a warning (the 14 day ban), that they needed to change their behavior or they would lose their account. At that point, if they end up losing their account I am not bothered, they were warned.

Just trying to figure this out bro. You'd be surprised how many people actually do that; it's kinda funny. I just found the only straw I could and pulled on it.

I've looked at a lot of logs, there is the odd case of strange flagging but it's super rare. When it does happen player support is the one who overturns the ban after reviewing it though.

To be fair, I wouldnt mention this in a support ticket. I would just say "my logs don't seem to be in line with a straight 14 day ban, could you please review".

I say this because account sharing in a violation of the TOS and they might decide to just straight ban the account.

Actually, they took the first tower at 11:09, then yall took mid about a minute later. From that point on they took six towers in the next 5 mins. I am assuming they were grouped while you decided to afk split. Despite your afk/farm split you took zero towers during that time.

I don't agree with their toxicity, if they were toxic to you, but I can understand their frustration if the enemy is railroading their towers while one person goes off searching for gold.

Ediy: Actually I see a tower fell at the same time they took their 6th in 5 mins. It is possible you did final take 1 tower at the same time as their 6th take.

Edit 2: If he was suspended for afk farming/assisting the enemy team that would be a 14 day ban.

Actually you can report someone validly for that. For example if you just spend the game running around the jungle farming. It is considered "afk" though in that case it is more "not playing the game".

I do know and agree that split pushing can be effective, especially with trynd. However, the time line seems to suggest something odd. As I mentioned, they got 6 towers in 5 mins... your team got one. That doesn't really sound like someone hard pushing a lane to get a tower. That sounds more like someone a bit salty just not grouping under the guise of a split push.

Well actually I can't tell, it only says a minion took a tower at 18 mins. I will give you the benefit of the doubt and say you did. SO in 5 minutes you were able to take the tier 1 top tower. Meanwhile, the enemy team took 6 towers.

In your chat you mention strategy, what strategy is that? I've seen trynd take t2 towers in less than a minute, you took t1 in 5. Those numbers just don't add up. THEY DO add up if instead of a hard split push you were just farming lane/jungle minions.

Lets say my little sister is playing this game. She knows nothing about this game other than "you have to go to top lane and lane with your opponent". She ignores the chat because she doesn't know how to utilizes it. She stays top lane whole game because she knows nothing. Now is she valid for a punishment? It's just a question.

As I said above, I would NOT mention that it is possible someone else was on your account. That is a bannable offense.
