FALSE Permanent Ban from "3rd Party programs" ???

I NEVER did any of the things that I may have been accused of. All of my friends and I are in shock of this accusation and to be honest we're all pretty pissed too especially me. I would really think it's fair to actually talk to someone about this (like give me a phone number) because I don't even know what I'm being accused of to be honest. I never used scripts, hacks, exploits, any other 3rd party programs or anything of the sort. I know that the phrase, "You're responsible for what happens on your account" has been used against me, but I can assure you that me as a person is completely innocent. It's obvious you have found something along those lines from my account. I just want to know what the problem is so I can prove that this is a mistake. I'm just one player so I know I may not be highly prioritized or even cared about, but after all the time and money I've spent playing League fair and legally, I don't deserve this.

First off, I'm not siding with you or against you, I'm just bringing up a point.

You say it's obvious Riot found 'something' that flagged your account. Whether legit or a false positive, for the sake of argument let's suppose Riot responds to you and says, "We located such and such software/exe/script/hack/whatever."

How would you go about 'proving' it was a mistake?

Send them logs? Tell them they're wrong?

I'm not being flippant, I'm just wondering how one can prove they 'didn't' use some piece of code.

It shouldn't be about proving your innocence. It should be about sufficient evidence to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt (or hell, even a preponderance of evidence - this isn't a criminal proceeding, LOL).

It's hard to prove a negative, is all I'm saying.

Good luck mate, and if you truly did nothing unsportingly I hope you get your account back.

Send in a ticket and ask them to review your punishment manually. Don't ask them HOW they know, or WHAT program they found. Just ask them to please take a second look to confirm there wasn't a mistake.
