Riot's Strike System needs to be improved (This would help a lot!)

I was recently permabanned and I am pretty sure that i wont be playing league anymore, but i did care about this community so i wanted to give some advice on how to tweak one thing. If a player is so toxic they get banned for two weeks once returning there should be a message saying this is your last chance, you will be permanently banned after any more service term violations. If i knew that the next step was becoming permanently banned, i would have kept my mouth shut and never again flame anyone. Just an idea, i had no clue i was going to get permabanned. Thanks for the fun times League! Hope you guys continue to prosper Riot!

The message you get with a 14day ban already tells you that a permanent ban is next.

I feel like riot has made it clear that you should just shut up and not be a dick at all regardless of 14 day suspension. Its not okay to be a dick plain and simple.
