Hello riot i got banned for 2 weeks

so basically i got banned for 2 weeks instantly i havent played single game since 2016 and now i play i didnt even recieve warning or 12 games chat restriction i got insta 2 week banned and my toxicity was nothing compared to guys whom flamed ! they swear they say bad things about my family and so on. i just told them that they are bronzes and taled with irony but i havent cursed them ! i didnt deserve 2 week ban please look into chat logs ! i should have gotten ateast 12 games chat restriction so i wouldnt repeat same ! why did i get instatly 2 week ban !

If this is the case, we'll need to see your chat logs to help you. It's REALLY odd to get an immediate 2-week ban with no previous penalties and no slurs/threats. Seeing the logs will help us figure out if this is the legendary but existent rare error, or a merited punishment.

Account status is unaffected by times; rather, it improves with the number of nontoxic games played. So if you had a chat restriction in 2016, and hadn't played since, you could be put up the next punishment tier, which is the suspension.

If your chat logs were severe enough, it can escalate your punishment.
