Terrible match making loses league a customer
I've been playing league since season 3 and their terrible rank match making has officially turned me off the game, probably forever. Keep your cheese shit out of ranked. Good bye and good riddance.

People attempting cheese in ranked sounds like a people problem, not a matchmaking one.
To be fair, you should be able to compete against Gold 5 players if you're trying to get out of Silver. Judging based on your last Sona match on op.gg, there was a hardstuck G3 player and a more or less hardstuck S2 player on the enemy team. S1 and G5 should be almost the same. That doesn't seem to unfair to me.
Anyway, maybe try to stick to one Champion to climb. I've climbed with mostly Taliyah this Season. Your Lissandra doesn't look bad at all, yet you still play support very often.
Don't give up because of a losing streak.

Regardless, I agree that matching is garbage at lower elo. All the games are completely random. I also seem to always be on the unlucky end of the random. However that works. My match history is by the far the worst its ever been right now- and if you look closer you'll see quite a bit of feeding in my games. I don't know why I get that, but I get a shitpile of them.
I know i'm going to catch a bunch of shit for this, whatever. Its the worst its ever been this season currently.
