Banned For Trying to Help Others

I was banned shortly after this game for toxicity. To be clear I don't think my ban was uncalled for its very clear in the ToS and summoner code that this is something that is not accepted. I don't believe that this should be the case. To give context to what is posted bellow: I was playing with a Yorwick and a Kai'Sa arguing with each other and were starting to get toxic. I normally respond to other getting tilted by first asking them to stop and then attepting to make myself a common enemy and I use the worst words that come to my mind.

I don't know a better way of un-tilting my allies but if you have any Ideas I would love to hear them.
