What should I do?

Hi guys. Ive been a toxic noob for a long time, after that Ive taken a break from LoL and reformed my mentality. I created a new account to start fresh and leveled up my honor and almost hit level 3. Ive received a lot key fragments for good behavior but then this happened.

I got into a normal game in which I tried out a new (jungle) champion. I obviously wasnt comfortable playing it and got a bit behind with my camp clearance and timing of ganks. My mid laner was losing big time against the enemy mid laner and after a while he started to flame and blame me (cause it was all my fault that he was losing his lane, for not ganking). I was trying to do my thing and try to find out the best paths for this new champ, so also bot lane was a 'victim' of me being a noob that game. Our mid laner then started to tilt our bot lane by telling and convincing them to report me, cause 'I was trolling' he said. They agreed to do that. Thats when I started to type in chat, after I had been quiet all the time. I told them I was playing a new champ and that I was sorry for not being the best jungler that game. I asked them for tips and tricks to get better at the champ and tried to explain to them that I couldnt be anywhere at any point of time. After that they started to tell the enemy team in all chat too to report me for 'trolling'. Thats when I muted all. For some reason I received a 10-game chat ban after that game. I was really confused, because I hadnt said anything wrong?! What could be the cause of this chat ban? Is it normal after you receive x amount of reports (even if theyre false)? Or is it because I typed (even though I didnt type anything weird of bad)?

And what is the best thing I can do against these kind of events? Im back at level 1 honor now and it is locked at the moment. Its really discouraging because I finally reformed myself after a long time. I know how to control myself now and dont get tilted anymore. I was doing great, received a lot of honor in my games, and almost hit level 3 honor. But now this... I dont know how to defend myself against this weird ban system. I would like to have some advice please. Thanks in advance!
