How long to be eligible for hextech rewards after a chat restriction, answers from devs only please!

How long does a player have to wait to be eligible or reinstated into the hextech rewards after being chat restricted?

If player was restricted a month prior to the hextech rewards coming out, then how long does he/she have to wait?

Answers/replies from DEVS only please, not other summoners or board members that " THINK 3 months", or " Think they know it all". We want definite answers from a riot representative. Please and thanks.

The answer is if you get a chat restriction you can never get the loot. GG

Ignore Swayze. Essentially you get rewards once you have reformed. 3 months per punishment. So essentially, if I had a 25 game chat restrict, I would have to wait until 6 months once I finish the punishment. Riot is most likely not going to answer because they are busy fine-tuning the system.

The answer is, Riot hasn't come up with a system yet to determine when someone can use the hextech system. ONE red post on reddit is all they've mentioned about the reformation process, but they say it's a case by case basis.. which is impossible to even implement a system not automated with the amount of players playing..

If thats the way it works, RIOT really should change this hextech system. I got chat restricted for 10 games so now I have to wait 3months until I can receive rewards again?? Just stupid.

The system keeps you in probation as long as you get negative reports that are deemed to be accurate.

The threshold isn't that you have to be honorable to regain your honor, the threshold is that you have to NOT be dishonorable. I know it sounds like I'm splitting hairs but it's not.

This is based on two riot posts within the last few weeks about honor:

Being honorable means when you get honor, it helps you go up honor tiers.

Not being dishonorable means that you don't get negative reports that are accurate and true. If someone reports you for negative player behavior, that halts your reformation progress. This means if you are harassing someone mildly but still get honored in that game but someone reports you for negative attitude or harassment and the IFS deems your chat to be negative and harassing but not bad enough to warrant another punishment, you're going to get your honor gain halted and thus you will extend your reformation period and not be eligible for rewards.

EDIT: if you've had issues with chat restrictions, you should use this test... are you typing because you're upset, annoyed, disappointed, or angry at someone? If yes, don't hit enter. Just focus on your game and keep on truckin'
