how do i actually get feeders banned, i've had them the past 3 games and have been deranked because of it and im fucking sick of all the bullshit teams riot matches me with

Report them in the post-game lobby for Griefing - Intentional Feeding. However, first try to make certain that their behavior was intentional and they weren't just having poor performance; everybody has bad games after all.
Well to be fair looking at your matches it seems you did not do to well yourself. Granted i feel you on bad team mates my last games had them as well and i'll admit i am stick of it myself but you have to keep in mind everyone has bad game and what can you do to make yours better. I mean looking at your last game i can see being pissed. and the one on vayne i bet that was a lost due to the blitz going ham and the rest of the team making bad plays as well.
I know it's annoying i do my best as well to get hung out to dry while i'll admit i am not perfect but on my mf game where i went 6/7/6 my karma was chasing them behind their minions and just nonstop out of place i begged her to stop she kept doing it so i just hung back and kept doing what i do in the end it was still a lost. We won team fights but no one would help push towers when i pinged for them. We was doing barron and my team then decided to chase the 2 people on the out side of the rim leaving two of us fighting a nearly dead barron and what happens lux ults and steals it. Trust me again i do feel ya on bad teams but at this point i don't even know what to do but just keep improving myself and hope that i will escape.
