Account banned for third party software

So my account just got the perma banned for third party software, but the thing is I have no software installed on my pc that would affect my LoL client or even the game. I've in no way cheated in any of my games and I'm really confused to why my account got banned when I've done nothing. I did send in a ticket, but I have to wait and see what happens. Is there anything I can do? I was hoping I could get on and play. The only thing I did was log in earlier and patch my client and that was it. I've played no games at all today.

Welp, update. Turns out my account was hacked. I found two ranked games I didn't even play. Still hoping to get the account back.

2 games? There is a similar pattern from being a garbage player to giga carrying, more than 2 games. New role and everything. It looks like it went from a player who had no clue how to play this game to an arguably diamond player smurfing in low garbage elo.

The fact you said 2 games that you didnt play despite more than that shows you are probably lying and probably paid for an elo boost and such. Just fork out the cash and pay for duo boosts dude.

Don't worry about it man because my account got hacked a while back and support got my account back in less than 5 minutes. They can tell where the account was login at and they would ask you questions to confirm it is you and such.

It happened the same to me yesterday. The hacker played 2 games on my account too and got banned for use of third party software.. Made a ticket to explain it all but no response from Riot yet

I got response. The staff says they have no evidence my account was compromised and because of third party software, the account is permanently banned and I won't get it back when it still was not my fault and i did not log in to play any of those games. Clearly they got a hold of my password and logged in when i was offline. So...there goes everything i worked and purchased.

Let this be a lesson - NEVER EVER under any circumstances give Riot Games money.

i got same problem but i do not what to do. just get ban for no reason. hope riot fix this problem fast because it is so stupid if you lose your account for no reason. maybe someone help me and tell me what i have to to te get my account back fast?
