Can we do something about all of these bots?

I know MANY, MANY people have had the issue of at least one 'botter' being in either their normals game or a game of ARAM. This is extremely annoying us it takes the fun out of the game. I literally just played two games of ARAM and only two of the people on my team, including myself, were actually players. On the other team, only three of them were actual players. Then I went on to play normals because ARAM was no longer fun. After about three normal games, I had one bot on my team for 2 out of the three games. I would rather have somebody trolling than a bot. They're programmed to just run towards the tower and cast spells along the way. Is Riot taking a more proactive approach towards this? It's sad it's such an issue when soooo many other games already have mechanisms in place to prevent this.
