Now what's funny is I already had a chat restriction so I wasn't talking in all chat. She was flaming me in all chat and I was replying in team chat kind of like as a joke to my teammates. Cause I kept killing her. So, why the hell was I given a 25 game chat restriction for this?

You were basically not enjoyable. This is probably the reason. I suggest you "./mute all" when you get into a game so you can stay focused on yourself.

Being aggressive or becoming a keyboard warrior has no purpose it will only make your team reply and thus make you lose time.
