Hello, I got perma ban. I never had any warns and this is my first ban, why did i got perma ban straight off ?

I have a hunch that you might have been a little toxic.
There is a tiered punishment system in place that gies:
10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 14 day suspension Permanent suspension
You can skip tiers in cases of zero tolerance behaviors, however. Examples would be hate speech, racism, and encouragement of self harm.
Typically cases involving those things skip to the 14 day suspension though, so if this is truly your first punishment then I would submit a support ticket about it.
Yeah, this is my first ban, never had any other suspensions and I understand that i was a bit toxic, just wanna get like 14 day suspension like I deserve to. :)
If you used extreme toxicity and had previous punishments, it's possible to skip punishment tiers straight into permaban.
It is also possible that you forgot that you had a previous ban.
So is it there any chance that I'll get 14 days suspension?
- Logout and back in to get the popup about your ban
- Check the email associated with the account
One or both of those should tell you why you were banned.
If Riot suspects your account has been compromised, they'll lock it until you prove to the it's yours. If there was a chargeback or other discrepency with an RP purchase, they'll lock the account until the discrepency is resolved.
If it was for behavioral issues, it's highly unlikely this has been your only punishment and posting your chat logs will help.
