I have been Permanently-Banned, I know this is a long shot but I hope an actual employee reads this

Dear Riot Employee, I have been perma-banned and although I have arguably been toxic, my 25 chat ban and Perma-Bans were in response to 4+1 queues, I know I don't feel like it's fair to Perma-Ban me because of my response to being inflamed. I also know I agreed to the conditions of punishment for my toxicity. I'd rather be permanently chat banned than have to restart a new account, if that is a possibility, as I do not run it down mid (Tyler1 style) or grief my teammates. I don't think it's fair to restrict my access because of non-racial or otherwise un-harmful keywords, community and bot enforced bans, although that is the norm, because frankly I'm defensive not offensive. I hope a real person reads into my complaints and if someone sees the other sides of the chat logs in which i've been punished severely, I believe at the very least, they'll see I'm not the only one exhibiting poor behavior. And more-so mine is arguably the tamest of anger. If at least one person understands and lets me know they think I was responding poorly to chat that was egregious as well, I'd consider that a victory, I understand the punishment is agreed upon in terms and conditions etc, but I genuinely enjoy League of Legends both professionally and playing as poorly as I do.

I'd just like to know that I was at least an example, because frankly I do not believe I have been as offensive or harmful to gameplay as other summoners who I have encountered but because I was unlucky in the games that I did get upset and was playing with queued teammates rather than being with friends, I have been banned.

If this was read by a Riot employee, regardless of outcome, thank you for your time I appreciate a look at this, -ELD

There is a lot of this sentiment in what you wrote and I don't think it does you any good. Riot doesn't care that other people are worse. They care that you are disrupting games. You can put in a support ticket, but I wouldn't hold out much hope.

It would probably be better for you to post your chat logs so we can advise you on how to avoid being banned like this in the future, should you choose to create a new account and keep playing.

They dont give out perma chat bans. having a 4+1 que is not a reason for flaming. if you want to discuss your ban you can post your chatlogs here

You basically said you are toxic and you say it's not your fault. Well...Im sorry, but it doesn't matter - you were toxic, you get punished. /mute all exists for a reason, mate. If they flamed u, or were toxic towards u, just /mute all, report them after the game and move on with your life.

Sucks to be banned, but looking how you admitted to being toxic I don't feel bad for you tbh.

Other's chat logs have absolutely nothing to do with your punishment.
You chose to talk crap back instead of muting them, so that part was your fault.
Post the chat logs. All 3 games.

If you don't think what you wrote is offensive, you can post your chat logs and we can discuss whether it was offensive.

This is just like any other thread 500 threads asking for a lifting on their ban. You were toxic, had been previously banned before and continued to be toxic so you got the permaban. It doesnt matter if it was a 4 man premade vs you, or if one other player was way worse than you, being toxic back does not excuse you from punishment. Dont even post the chat logs because it will be like any other thread where you post it and there are ungodly amount of toxicity in there and you are trying to defend yourself from what was wrote. Just take it like a man and accept that your are a toxic fuk and start a new account if you want to continue playing

You're better off trying to contact Support, but as you admit you were banned for behavior, I wouldn't get your hopes up. Pretty much the only time a Permanent is ever overturned is when it is through no fault of the player. Otherwise, the point of a Permanent ban is that they're permanent. They are that way because it's the message that you failed to abide by the behavioral standard that Riot has set.

If you wish to show that you can reform, it's going to have to be on a new account.

Riot's policy is to never overturn a ban.
